Ayo, the new Governor of London, arrives from Nigeria to be welcomed by influential & unscrupulous businessman, Ade. To curry favour, Ade takes Ayo on the London Eye, one of the safest safari rides in the capital of Blankland. It becomes apparent that Ade's corrupt & cruel view of life in the colonies clashes with Ayo's idealistic paternalism.
